REGISTRATION INFORMATION
*Pre-registration is required for all classes.
*Read carefully the waiver and sign.
*Please indicate name of class on registration form.
*Full payment is due with registration, don’t forget to sign
your check.
*Enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis, until max #
of persons per program is reached.
*Registration will be accepted either by mail-in, drop off at
Town Hall or in our mail slot at 80 South St.
*Classes are subject to change or cancellation due to
insufficient enrollment.
*There are no refunds unless class is cancelled, filled or
Department changes in offerings prohibit attending.
*One form per person, you may copy registration.
*Material fees are payable to the instructor on first night.
*Check program description for class location.
